Youth Fundamentals
Our youth fundamentals program aims to create a healthy community of kids, varying in age and fitness levels. We have two main goals.
1. To foster an environment of learning where kids can come together to work on their health and fitness.
2. To make coming to the gym their favorite part of their day.

TEAMLIFT offers 1:1 and small group training that gives you a program tailored to your goals with a knowledgable and supportive coach to guide you along the way.
